Struggled finding a part online, at local bike shops...everywhere. I was about to give up hope and finally found it on Martin's Bicycle website. Emailed them and within less than a day, Ernest got back to me, confirming they had the part on hand.
I ordered it from their site and it was in my hands, from New York-California, four days later...on Christmas Eve!

An absolutely awesome shop! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ordered my bike amidst the bike shortage about four months ago and they were great at keeping me updated with the status at least monthly. Yesterday it came in and the team was on point with setup and any questions I had. Really, they were above and beyond.

I found Martin’s after a couple of bad experiences with my local bike shop, and even though it’s 30 minutes further, I’ll be doing all of my bike business here moving forward. Highly recommend this shop!
